Welcome to JustPe Payments. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) for recharge and bill payment services. 2. Services Provided

JustPe Payments allows users to:

• Recharge mobile phones, DTH, and other services.
• Pay utility bills such as electricity, water, and gas.
• Manage and view transaction history.
• Earn rewards and apply discounts where applicable.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at our discretion.

Pricing range starts from Rs. 10 – Rs. 1,00,000

3. User Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• JustPe Payments is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payments and Transactions

• All payments and transactions made through the App are processed through secure payment gateways.
• You agree to provide valid and accurate payment details.
• JustPe Payments does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.
• JustPe Payments is not responsible for any payment failures due to incorrect information provided by the user or issues with the payment gateway.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once a transaction is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless specified otherwise by the service provider.
• Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective service providers.
• For any disputes regarding payments or services, please contact our customer support.

7. Rewards and Promotions

• JustPe Payments may offer rewards, discounts, or promotional offers from time to time.
• These offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions and can be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Rewards earned cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the App.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to manipulate the services.
